Bio:

Kristi became certified as a Life and Weight Coach in March of 2022 through The Life Coach School, after being a stay at home mom to 4 kids for over 26 years. She has been married 29 years to her best friend Rick.

She is very passionate about helping mom's in midlife step into their authentic sparkle energy by giving them the tools to break free from the limiting thoughts that are holding them back in their life.  

Kristi is on a mission to spread more sparkle energy into the world.  True sparkle comes from within and shines when we connect to our spiritual and divine energy.
