We are so honored to be hosting our North Idaho Dot Sister, Shawna Champlin, as our guest speaker.  Shawna is the CEO of Shining Outcomes LLC who uses her previous 30+ years in Corporate to help business owners generate new business, develop their leadership skills, and build a business they enjoy as well as helping jobseekers land the job they want, promote quickly, and build their management skills.  A self-described Happy Hawaiian who now lives in beautiful North Idaho, she grew up in Northern California and has returned home to the Islands during the summer to soak up time with her Ohana (family) on the Windward side of Oahu. Shawna lives and breathes the “Aloha Spirit” in everything she does and believes everyone can do the same. Her divine gift is her ability to see the beauty in everyone and highlight skill sets, talents, and aptitudes within a short period of time of meeting someone – a perfectly aligned gift for an Executive Career Coach, Speaker, and Author. Shawna is happily married to her husband, Kevin, a proud mama of her adult son, Mike, and a Lab-mom of two retrievers, Rip & Huck.
