Protecting Yourself from Identity Theft

Identity theft is repeatedly a top consumer complaint affecting millions of people each year. Identity Theft manifests itself in many ways: credit fraud, social security fraud, drivers license fraud, medical fraud, criminal/character fraud, IRS tax fraud, and email and website breaches. She will provide insights on what to look-out for and how to minimize your risks.
 
As a victim herself, Dawn Sunday, is passionate about helping to protect individuals from identity theft. She is a manager representing a national company (LegalShield)(IDShield) that protects and advocates for individuals in the case of identity theft. As a former professor in the San Mateo Community College District for over 20 years, she enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge with others. She is a Bay Area business owner, speaker and community advocate.

We open for registration at 11am and ask that you be there no later than 11.15 so you have a chance to mingle a bit with the members and other guests before we sit down at 11.30 for lunch and our agenda.

We know you will love our agenda which not only gives you a chance to introduce yourself to all of us, but you also hear the same from each of us, plus we talk about collaborations and celebrations, who have what events coming up, maybe somebody needs help with something etc. etc. Additionally, we have a speaker each month, who will present on a topic which will educate and benefit us all, whether that be in our businesses or personal lives.
