Shannon Crotty is the Founder and CEO of Polka Dot Powerhouse. Based in West-Central Wisconsin, she is a proud wife, mom, author, speaker, athlete, and aspiring Ironman. When she’s not serving the Dots community, you’ll find her in the gym, training in the pool, traveling, or on the golf course. Shannon’s love language is creating spaces where people can put their armor down and build meaningful connections.

Brian Crotty is the CFO for Polka Dot Powerhouse. Brian lives in West-Central Wisconsin. He’s a proud husband and father. He loves the outdoors and hands on activities. He drools over spreadsheets and numbers.

Connection has always been at the heart of Mindy Van Vleet’s work. A lifelong entrepreneur with over 35 years of business experience, she understands the power of relationships to open doors and created opportunities. As Executive Director of Chapter Operations for Polka Dot Powerhouse, Mindy supports Managing Directors and leadership teams as they build thriving, inclusive communities where women connect, collaborate, and celebrate one another’s success.

Anna Brice is the Project Director at Polka Dot Powerhouse. She loves to go on adventures with her husband and 3 children. When she is not working or with her family, she enjoys spending time with friends and reading. Talking about family and her surrogacy journey will light her up! She loves to connect with like-minded people and Polka Dot Powerhouse has supported her with that and in so many other ways.

Josh is the owner/operator of "Moonlit Media", a website development and marketing firm based in Eau Claire, WI. He is the father of four, and spends his free time with his family in the great outdoors. He lives to give, and is here to connect women and serve the Polka Dot Powerhouse community.

Elaine Turso (aka Elaine the Brain) is an intuitive business strategist who helps entrepreneurs implement the big ideas in their business, focused on the customer experience. When she is not knee deep in fighting the tech trolls, you can usually find her watching reruns of her favorite show Friends or going to get a spiced chai latte with almond milk with her dog, Jax. She is a wife to Mike, and mom to Alexis and Anthony, and first-time grandma to Tahlia.

After a successful 33-year career as an insurance agent and business owner, Gretchen Frana sold her agency but continues to focus on her passion for educating, supporting, and empowering women. When Polka Dot Powerhouse came into her life 12 years ago, it was a natural fit. The organization's mission aligned perfectly with the values she had already embraced: building authentic relationships, fostering collaboration, and creating meaningful connections that help women grow personally and professionally.

Shawna Stanley is a graphic designer and artist with over 15 years of experience in print design. After leaving the corporate world, she discovered a passion for hand lettering and mural painting. Based out of Wisconsin with her family of 6 and Husky pup, she loves giving back to her community through her artwork.

Samme Marazas is a Social Media Strategist and owner of Sunblaze Creations LLC, where she helps business owners simplify their marketing through strategic content, social media management, and creative storytelling. When she's not helping clients grow their online presence, she's creating content with her dog, Blaze—the inspiration behind her business name. Together, they create user-generated content (UGC) for pet brands and share their adventures on Instagram at @blaze.thepup. Samme loves exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and connecting with fellow entrepreneurs.

Jen Guntner is a seasoned business owner, strategic planner, and communications specialist with a passion for building strong connections. As a business leader, she excels in creating tailored strategies that drive growth and engagement. With a focus on communications and membership engagement, Jen helps organizations foster lasting relationships with their audiences. Her expertise in strategic planning ensures that her clients' goals are met with precision and creativity. Jen is dedicated to delivering impactful solutions that enhance organizational success.

Wendi is an Intuitive Coach and Healer helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and find greater clarity, confidence and peace. Passionate about personal growth, she blends intuitive guidance with practical insight to support meaningful transformation. When not working with clients, Wendi enjoys exploring nature, traveling and discovering new perspectives that inspire her work and deepend her connection to her life’s journey. She joined Dots in October 2015.

Amy loves the new adventure she is on because she is getting back to martial arts amongst other things. When not training, she is playing with her dogs Chance the Maltipoo, Princess Alex the labradoodle and Izzy the Mini Aussiepoo; or letting them sleep on her lap while she reads. She is an IT professional with a focus on projects, troubleshooting, training and customer service with more than 20 years of experience. She resides in Colorado close to family and friends.

Debbra Judnic lives in Cornell, WI with her husband Jason and their furry friends, Charlie the Teddy Bear pup, Bruno the English Mastiff, Boo & Ruger the kitty cats. They live on the water so weather permitting, you will find them on the boat, quite often with their two grown sons, Brandon and Justice. When they are inside, her passions are cooking and reading. Debbra's life outside of Polka Dot is being a site manager for clients that are in and home health care and she's also the founder of the Journey On Janna Foundation in honor of her late daughter, Janna. Debbra is also on the board of directors for the Chippewa Falls Senior Center where she volunteers at weekly.

Tamira Hamilton is a 30 plus year sales and marketing professional turned digital marketing pro, influencer and consultant. She teaches entrepreneurs how to build more brand awareness, generate more leads and increase sales using social media without dancing all day. Tamira resides in Milwaukee, WI. She is an empty nest glamma who loves to travel, family time, good food and good company.

Chris Dyer is a multi-passionate Co-Creator, Collaborator and Connector in her Entrepreneur Journey. She is a Personal and Business Leadership Expert with over 30+ years of combined education and experience in healthcare, clinical education, sales and personal fitness and wellness training. She is the founder and CEO of three startups: Chris Dyer Consulting, Positively Panache and Embellished Butterfly. She teaches women how to ‘get off their assets’ and show up more boldly in their personal lives, relationships and business.

Beth Walker is a member of our Treasure Valley, ID chapter. She has been a dot for 8 years and a Diamond Dot for 5 years. She is partially retired (she works with her daughter to help with the family printing business). She has been married to Curt (Papa Dot) for 46 years and they have 2 children Curtis (& Alayna) and Jennifer (& Cody). Her love for the Dot Community is only surpassed by the love of her 6 grandchildren. DOT.FOR.LIFE!

Kelley Tenny is a born and raised California girl. She is the Managing Director for the Southern CA Chapter and has been a Dot for 5 years. Kelley is also the founder of Teach Your Brilliance as well as a full time university professor. She lives in Long Beach, CA with her husband Sean, two children Stella (13) and Carter (11) and her rowdy dog Rumble. Kelley loves all things Dots, traveling with her family, running and Dave Matthews Band!

Angela was born and raised in the Midwest (WI to MN) and has been married to Dave since 2000. She loves heavy metal (80s hair bands are her jam), cats (all animals, except spiders), going to concerts, watching hockey (Go Wild!), traveling to tropical places. She is a Pisces and loves the water! She spends as much time up north at her lake place with her hubby from May to October, with the intent to retire there. She is super excited about owning her own business and loves to help people/businesses shine by energizing their brand with promos. She is the Chapter Big Sister in the Shakopee, MN Chapter and loves to help new Dots navigate the community.

Dr. Heather Rothbauer-Wanish, owner of Feather Communications, has written thousands of resumes since 2008. She LOVES giving people confidence during their job search. She also teaches in the Business Communication Department at the UW-Eau Claire. Dr. Heather has a BBA in Management, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management. Heather has been a Polka Dot Powerhouse member for 10+ years, has been married to Todd for 21 years, has a bonus daughter, Brandi, and a son, Will.

Sue Bennett has been a Dot Sister since 2016 and proudly serves as the Managing Director of the Wilmington, DE chapter since 2018. Originally from Long Island, NY, she has called Delaware home for over 30 years. Sue is married to her high school sweetheart, has two married children, and is the proud grandmother of three grandsons. Sue helps transform celebration spaces with décor that celebrate the spirit of our sisterhood. She represents Magnetude Healthy Jewelry helping support families in today's technology-driven world, and Kleo Kolor salon quality press on nails, both companies help women look and feel their best. Sue is passionate about decorating and connecting women.

Rosemary Carminati is a Personal Development Trainer, International Speaker and Retirement Specialist. After a 30-year career in Corporate Sales, she is now dedicated to helping her clients transition through career changes or retirement with reignited purpose and vitality. As the founder and CEO of Healthy Connections LLC, Rosemary also incorporates her background as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher into all of her programs.

Life is supposed to be happy, exciting, and fun. After years of not knowing how to tap into her internal abundance to live that life, Lori broke the code.
