Shannon Crotty is the Founder and CEO of Polka Dot Powerhouse. Based in West-Central Wisconsin, she is a proud wife, mom, author, speaker, athlete, and aspiring Ironman. When she’s not serving the Dots community, you’ll find her in the gym, training in the pool, traveling, or on the golf course. Shannon’s love language is creating spaces where people can put their armor down and build meaningful connections.

Brian Crotty is the CFO for Polka Dot Powerhouse. Brian lives in West-Central Wisconsin. He’s a proud husband and father. He loves the outdoors and hands on activities. He drools over spreadsheets and numbers.

Debbra Judnic lives in Cornell, WI with her husband Jason and their furry friends, Charlie the Teddy Bear pup, Bruno the English Mastiff, Boo & Ruger the kitty cats. They live on the water so weather permitting, you will find them on the boat, quite often with their two grown sons, Brandon and Justice. When they are inside, her passions are cooking and reading. Debbra's life outside of Polka Dot is being a site manager for clients that are in and home health care and she's also the founder of the Journey On Janna Foundation in honor of her late daughter, Janna. Debbra is also on the board of directors for the Chippewa Falls Senior Center where she volunteers at weekly.
