Getting Healthy is a Team Sport

I am a firm believer that getting healthy and staying healthy is not complicated. The trick is knowing simple things that you can begin to do on a daily basis to move the needle on your personal wellness. After all when we know better we can do better! One of the reasons I love our Polka Dot group so much is that it’s surrounded me with other amazing humans that have common goals and visions in mind. What if we applied that same notion to wellness? During our talk we will explore how we can build a community around wellness in simple and affordable ways so we can get healthy and stay healthy. Getting around like-minded souls in pursuit of a common goal is not only more effective at achieving that goal but it’s also way more fun!
