Friendship is an integral part of women's lives and we are pulled in so many directions often leaving
friendships on the back burner, feeling lonely and even resentful. Learning how to navigate changes in
friendships, eliminating drama, and creating time to connect on a deeper level is critical to having
meaningful and supportive friendships.

Debbie will share:
• How to connect more authentically
• Why it's important to have more intention in friendships
• Simple strategies they can start using today to enhance their current friendships
