Welcome to our King of Prussia Polka Dot Powerhouse Chapter meeting! 

Our speaker this month is Lisa Condon and she will be speaking on How Process Development Impacts Your Bottom Line. During the presentation, she will be discussing how defining a process can impact your bottom line, when to create a process vs. a procedure, how often processes should be reviewed, what impacts processes, and the life-cycle of a process. 

Doors will open at 11am so plan to come early if you want extra time for connecting.

We will be meeting at Paladar Latin Kitchen in King of Prussia. Please bring $25 in CASH for the lunch to be paid at the door.

2. Introductions and Celebrations.  We are so excited to get to know you.  Be prepared to introduce yourself and share a recent celebration (personal or professional).  Each guest will have 60 seconds to share.

3. Collaborations.  We want to know what dots you have been connecting and collaborating with.  

4. Sales and Events.  Do you have a special event or sale you want us to know about?

5. Ask.  We are here to support each other.  Do you have a need that we can help with?  Let us know so we can help or point you in the direction of someone who might.

6. Speaker.  Be sure to have paper and pen ready for the awesome information that will be shared.

7. Connections: We connect women!  This is the core of what we do, connecting to get to know each other on a deeper level.
