Yoga Makes “EVERY BODY” Feel Good

Mary founded Fitness Xpress Gym in the greater San Diego area and successfully
changed lives for the last 12 years. She recently moved to Couer D’Alene and
wants continue to help women build the healthy lifestyle that works for them.
Mary is a personal trainer, a YTT 200 and holistic health coach and has a passion
for everything health related. She has a very simple and realistic approach to life
and believes that little changes over time make everlasting results.
Mary loves making memories with her husband and 3 grown children. In her
spare time she enjoys exploring new hiking trails, experiencing nature through
long walks, and expanding her personal yoga practice. Mary also considers
herself an amateur photographer and travels to find new muses in every corner of
the world.. Next up climbing Kilimanjaro in June.

 

Chair yoga is suitable for everybody, young and old, people who sit at a desk all day,
people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities or post a
surgery. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, improves circulation and strength,
balance, lung capacity and relieves stress. The class incorporates breathing exercises,
stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation, all while using a chair.
