We all have stories we tell ourselves about who we are. Some of those stories are supportive, while others seem to attack our self-worth, paralyzing us from being able to move forward towards our dreams.

By making our stories conscious, we can begin to heal our lives and expand the amount of joy we have in our lives. We can move beyond limitations that keep us stuck and move into a more amazing life where we are free to express…………………………….. our true colors.

Colleen Russell is a Depth Psychologist and a Mixed Media Artist. Her passion is helping men and women to discover, live and express their authentic selves. She is the author of The Feminine Path to Wholeness and has led women’s trips for the last 7 years to Europe. She regularly runs both women’s and art retreats.

Colleen believes that what holds all of her work together is the power of story. She believes it’s possible to become the author of our own lives. She will share her story and will invite you to begin to pay attention to yours.
