With more than a decade of professional videography and social media marketing experience, Caron covers everything women need to know to rock video, from angles and filters to sourcing fun content ideas. By the end of the talk, attendees come away with the tips, tricks and techniques they need to succeed in making smartphone "selfie" videos for their business.
Caron Shahrestani is the founder/director of Caron Modern Media, a video marketing and social media coaching firm based in San Mateo. As a former newspaper reporter and Peace Corps volunteer, Caron has a passion for storytelling, creative collaborations and teaching small business owners how to shine online. When she isn't editing videos or coaching women on camera confidence, this Bay Area native enjoys painting custom pet portraits and spending time with family.
