Jennifer Young has been working in the field of human development for more than 35 years in a myriad of leadership roles. She is skilled in business development, team building, employee training, public speaking, coaching, and event planning and management. While she now owns several businesses, what brings her the most joy (besides spending time with her daughters and grandkids), is bringing women together in community through her business, WISER Women Inner Strengths Events & Retreats. Jennifer also leads workshops on Inner Strengths, where she helps women see themselves as the Superheroes they are, by teaching them how to tap into their Inner Strengths so they can thrive and live a more fulfilled life.
