Bio: Myriam Martinez is a Self-Leadership Coach for Midlife Women, Creativity Mentor, Speaker & Trainer. She helps women on the midlife journey discover their WILD and supports them around issues of stress, self-inadequacy, & self-identity. She gently guides women on their path to self-discovery, building confidence and prioritizing their own needs so that they can feel empowered to take on whatever life may bring and feel in charge of their own lives. Her nearly 20 years’ experience in the mental health field as a licensed therapist and registered art therapist informs her coaching work with women and ensures the strongest ethical standards in her work with clients.
