Idaho has how many acres of Rangeland and most of it is available for anyone and everyone to use?

-Speaker Topic-
10 Tips for a safe & enjoyable experience on Idaho's Rangeland: I work for the State of Idaho at Idaho Rangeland Resources Commission (IRRC). A division of this agency is the Idaho Rangeland Outdoor Adventure Mobile (IROAM). We provide a Free educational program for children and adults. Our materials meet the Idaho State Standards. We are funded by grants. I do not "SELL" anything but am here to help people understand the importance that all trail users, campers, hunters, and anglers show respect for the land, fellow public land users and livestock. Follow the Care/Share mantra: "Care for Idaho's public lands and share them respectfully with others". Being ranchers in the Cambridge area it has been brought to our attention that many people do not know the in's and out's of public land use. For this reason I immersed myself into this project to educate the public.
-Bio-
Melanie has been a member of PDP since February 2016 and is a founding member of the Treasure Valley Chapter. In 2018, Melanie served as the MC for PDP Celebration in San Francisco, while residing in Fresno, CA at the time. During Celebration, a notary tracked Melanie down in the lobby to sign papers for the purchase of their ranch in Cambridge, Idaho. That experience marked a whirlwind moment and completely shifted Melanie's focus on life.

Operating a working ranch spanning 1250 acres and tending to around 130 head of cattle, Melanie's family is deeply involved. Their son, Brice, along with his wife Ramona and their 2-year-old daughter Sofia, reside on the ranch, as does their daughter Briel. Brice works on the ranch, and Briel balances her role as a middle school/high school math teacher in Cambridge with work on the ranch during weekends and summers. It's truly a family-run business, with a primary emphasis on quality.

In addition to their public speaking engagement, Melanie held the role of President for the Boise State University Parent & Family Organization. For four years, Melanie spoke at Convocation following Dr. Kustra, the BSU President, in Mile High Arena, addressing crowds of up to 5000 people. Melanie's public speaking experience extends further through numerous presentations of IROAM.
