What’s up with kids today? 5/1 (In Person, Treasure Valley, ID)

You will learn some current statistics about children’s mental and behavioral health and how this is impacting our schools, parents and grandparents. More importantly though, will be to gain some practical ways we can support families and help parents who are raising these often challenging kids.
BIO
Dr. Michelle Alden Flake is a licensed professional counselor and experienced parenting coach. She leads a statewide program dedicated to supporting parents and also runs national coaching programs designed to strengthen families across the country.
Outside of her professional life, Michelle owns a 32-acre ranch where she enjoys riding horses and working cattle alongside her husband. Married in February 2023, the couple is still in their newlywed years and share a blended family of 11 adult children. Their greatest joy these days is spending time with their grandchildren.
Michelle is a passionate advocate for healthy eating and holds a fourth-degree black belt, though she no longer practices martial arts. She’s also a tennis enthusiast who is now exploring the world of pickleball.
