Liz is a mom of two teenage boys, a wife of 26 years, was a military wife for 17 years, and an author. After writing her first book, Forever Faithful (about their journey through her husband’s year-long deployment), she coached military wives how to find their confidence, community and support during their husband’s deployment. She did this through her online coaching business, Deployment Beautiful. 

 In 2022, she co-founded Kale Houser Leadership with her amazing husband, Kale. As the COO and Leadership Coach, she brings her communication skills and leadership experience to their business in support of their leadership development and coaching services while helping business owners connect and engage more effectively with their employees.

 In short, she likes to make coming to work a fun adventure where everyone can find success easily by reaching their goals and helping you grow your business.
