Title: Making Space for More: The Mindset Shift Every Woman Eventually Faces

Description: Many women pride themselves on being capable, the one who handles everything, solves problems, and keeps life moving. But eventually that capability can become the very thing that leads to overwhelm. In this talk, I’ll explore the mindset shift that happens when women move from doing everything themselves to allowing support. Through personal stories and three simple reflection questions, participants will explore where “extra hands” in their lives, whether through community, collaboration, or shared responsibility, can create the space needed for creativity, growth, and the next chapter.
