Enrichment Topic: Free Your Spirit: Navigating the Emotions of Decluttering and Organizing
Whether we are working on our own spaces or assisting parents, children, or friends on their journeys, we will all deal with the emotions and roadblocks that can make organizing so difficult. Join us as we explore the emotional challenges: Gain positive perspectives on overcoming procrastination, navigating perfectionism, and unraveling the emotional ties to “stuff”. Get inspired about decluttering, including where to begin, identifying "prime real estate" in your space, and tackling mid-process obstacles. Discover what to do when sentimental objects are a problem, especially when kids leave items behind. The goal is to empower you with insights, reflective questions, and a renewed excitement to improve your mental and emotional well-being by freeing up space and increasing peace in your life!
Katie McAllister is a Certified Professional Organizer in York, PA and the owner of Susquehanna Organizing as well as Susquehanna Closet & Garage Design. As a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), she has earned specialist certificates in Household Management, Residential Organizing, Life Transitions, and Workplace Productivity. She especially enjoys the moment in a follow-up organizing session where a client proudly shows how they have maintained a space or routine that was put in place. As a homeschool mom of 3, with 2 out of the nest, and as a daughter, and granddaughter, she has walked the decluttering and downsizing journey with a variety of different personalities, both personally, and professionally!
We are a group of like minded women, who when together, inspire and impact each other in ways you can't imagine! We aren't your typical "networking company". In fact we do a lot of things differently, which keeps us thriving!!! We welcome corporate women, entrepreneurs, direct sales, mom's, retirees, and even college students!!! There is a spot for YOU! We find that no matter where you are in your "season" someone else is there too or has been, and by making those connections, the magic happens! We are glad you are taking care of yourself and we invite you to join us for a time of self care, learning and inspiration!!!!!
FINAL HEADCOUNT is required by Friday Feb 2nd, 2023 at 12pm. We will need your confirmation by this date and you will be responsible for the fee if you cancel your registration after the 2nd.
Arrival: Bring your smiling face and we'll meet you at the door and make you feel comfortable right away! Doors open at 11:00am. We begin the buffet at 11:15am and it helps if you arrive by this time to purchase your ticket at the door, find your seat and move through the buffet.

Seating: We have table assignments when you arrive to make it easy to find your seat and the sisters you'll be sitting with. One less thing you need to worry about on a busy day!
Marketing Table - There is one table set for any business cards, displays, or marketing material. Please do not have these items on your dinner table. You may NOT have products or marketing material at your table.
Cancellations: Our meetings are registered and usually fill up quickly with a waitlist. You can go online and cancel up to TWO business days prior to the meeting date. If you must cancel after that time, please text me, Susan Davis (717) 571-5072. Please note that the head count is called in to Heritage Hills 2 business days prior to the meeting date, and if your seat is not filled by someone on the waitlist, or it is a same day cancellation, you will need to purchase the $20 seat for that meeting.
Cost of each meeting: $20 will be collected at the door via cash or check or $21 for credit card. If you choose not to join in the meal, the charge remains for set up and support for our hostesses.
