Regenerative Health : Nature’s Healing Solution 

How to reverse discomforts and disease, nurture with nature, and restore vibrance!

In this talk we will discuss: How the body is designed to regenerate when you give it the right support and the right environment, why nutritional value isn’t the only aspect you should be focused on; why the health of our soil matters and what we can do about it.

Bio:

Ilsa grew up in mid coast Maine on a small farm, her mother was a naturopath and nurse midwife and she was brought up learning about nature’s gifts and natural medicine. 

She decided she wanted to claim the stage and become a performer. She attended theatre school in NYC and spent some time traveling the country after college performing nationally as an actress and aerial dancer. 

She settled in Missoula Montana 6 years ago and began teaching aerial dance and fitness and got certified as a health and life coach to help her clients to the next level.

After a lot of rigorous demands on her body and some less than ideal lifestyle habits she started experiencing chronic pain in both of her hips and joints, this pain became so intense she couldn’t sleep at night and it was taking over her life. Her doctor told her she had calcifications on both hips and she was most likely going to need a hip replacement in a couple of years. She immediately took action and started trying everything under the sun so she would not have to have that surgery. Some things helped a little bit but nothing was relieving her pain until she discovered Regenerative Health and the micronutrient superfoods that she works with now. After 60 days of a regenerative protocol she was completely pain free! This blew her mind and it became an instant passion for her, it was the missing piece she had been searching for to really help people on a deep cellular level, the shoe fit! so she got certified as a Regenerative Health Practitioner and Iridologist and she is helping her clients to regenerate their bodies and minds through gentle detoxification using organic superfoods, wildcrafted tinctures, and some potential diet shifts.
